How can I check the status of my order?
You can track return status using website of the logistic provider and its tracking number which we sent to you via email. If you have further enquiries, the shipping companies will be able to provide you a more accurate and updated status of the deliveries.
In case you have misplaced the email, you can always log on to your account at Etoren to review your order status and shipment details.
I noticed on the Online delivery tracking system that the delivery status as been changed to ‘Delivered’ but I have not yet received the item? What happened?
Please contact the shipping company directly if it happened. Just in case, we suggest you to check with your family members or other persons beforehand if they might have received the parcel on your behalf.
